**About the role**
Momentum Pools is seeking a highly capable Purchasing Administration Officer to join our administration team based in the South Eastern Suburbs.This Role is a Full Time On Site Salary Position in Huntingdale. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (½ lunch)(remote work is not available for this role)
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with Suppliers, Customers, Sub Contractors
- Working closing with company Management
- Preparation and executing of purchase orders to ensure delivery within specified time frame
- Co-ordinate bookings for Sub Contracts
- Receiving deliveries and tracking orders
- Organizing equipment and stock to go to site
- Document Management and the upkeep of internal registers
- Co coordinating customer selections
- Verification and Data Entry of purchases into MYOB
- Oversee Company Assets “Service and maintenance”
- Lodge and Co-ordinate warranty requests with suppliers and customers
- Co-ordinate Contract Variations with the Administration Team
- Ad Hoc Duties as required
**To be considered you must**
- Understanding of building materials and the construction industry
- Minimum 2+ years in the construction industry
- Have previous experience in customer service including direct customer contact and query resolution experience in the construction industry
- Strong Administration Skills.
- **MYOB experience essential**:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
- Have strong organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be punctual, reliable and self motivated and have a positive "can-do" attitude and work ethic, are flexible and adaptable, and you work well independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and resourceful with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work products.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and handle, under pressure, multiple tasks with a high degree of independence and professional judgment to meet or exceed project key performance indicators.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Forklift License (preferred but not essential, but willing to obtain)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
