Brunel is partnering with a global leader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification services, who are searching for an experienced Slickline Supervisor to join their team in Surat Basin, QLD.

As a key player in our clients team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Slickline operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects. **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines set by the relevant Department of Industry and Resources.
- Supervise and train crew staff, ensuring competency and providing necessary training.
- Manage maintenance of facilities and equipment, implementing preventive measures and procedures to ensure safe operation.
- Act on engineer's job instructions according to established procedures.
- Generate gauge and daily reports for both clients and the company.
- Conduct effective handovers to opposite shift supervisors.
- Recommend and discuss cost-effective changes to systems, processes, and equipment as necessary.
- Adhere to Company and Customer policies and procedures, actively participating in safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with JHA, Customer Safety Case requirements, and the correct use of safety reporting systems.
- Encourage and monitor mandatory facility inspections, audits, and duty of care regulations.
- Report all accidents, injuries, incidents, near misses, and non-compliances.
- Continuously review activities, procedures, safe operating practices, JHA’s, risk assessments, and hazard register.
- Be responsible for minimizing environmental impact related to activities on-site.

**About you**
- Extensive oilfield well site services experience with strong multi-skill experience in slickline services onshore/offshore.
- Experience in slickline operations and associated equipment.
- Experience in a similar role or lower-level supervisor experience.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, excel, etc.
- Wellsite Permit to Work Holder & Authority Training.
- Gas detection training certificate, Breathing Apparatus Training - Advantageous
- Current Driver’s License HR preferred.
- 4WD License, High Risk Crane License (CV) - Advantageous
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Well Control Training - preferred but not essential

**Our offer**
