As a** Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist **you will play a key part in helping us to continue to build a diverse and high performing talent pipeline by supporting the development and implementation of strategic talent management, succession and D&I initiatives, frameworks and tools.
You will work with the Senior Manager of Talent Management and Leadership to collaborate with GM’s of People/People Partners and leverage data and Insights to build a robust and scalable talent management and D&I framework and tools. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the future of our organisation by ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our strategic goals.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Utilise data analytics to inform and support succession planning strategies and measure the effectiveness of implemented talent management interventions.
- Assist in designing data-driven talent interventions, programs, and processes to assess, manage, and support the development of internal talent; managing & updating talent databases and systems.
- Ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of talent management practices with other HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain comprehensive talent profiles to identify high-potential leaders with future leadership potential.
- Design and implement success profiles for ELT roles and other identified key leadership roles within the organisation.
- Oversee the establishment of controls and measures to embed and track the effectiveness of DEIB interventions.
- Analyse and translate data insights into actionable recommendations and share insights with People teams on actions to address identified gaps.
- Review and advise on company policies in line with best practice to ensure they reinforce DEIB in the workplace.
- Support DEIB drafting and submission activities such as AWEI, WGEA, RAP, etc.
- Oversee People Team inclusion-related deliverables in the Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Deliver and implement the Calendar of Events to support team members in celebrating days of significance e.g. Wear it Purple Day, International Women's Day, National Reconciliation Week, NAIDOC Week.
- Manage additional initiatives as required e.g. Jawun Secondments; Mob Only Yarns; and other DEIB Learning activities.
**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in talent management or a related field, (minimum of 2 years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within the organisation.
- Experience working with HR information systems and talent management platforms.
- Passion for talent management/development and building a strong internal talent pipeline.
