- Full TimeThe role: Inventory Admin Officer To maintain the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data and systems. The primary responsibility of this position is to update and manage the inventory Masterfile, ensuring that its information is accurate at all times to enable all systems to use this data in generating sales, managing customer deliveries, purchasing, reception and transferring of goods and to enable branches to effectively manage their inventory. We believe in “One Team, One Way, One LYNDONS.” This position will be based at our Salisbury OR Burleigh Office.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stockouts, and excess stock.
- Utilize technology and software tools for efficient inventory management.

**To be considered for this role you will need**:

- Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
