As part of our Maroondah Reception team based at our Warrandyte Road site in Ringwood, EACH is looking for a Receptionist to provide expertise and administration support on a full time basis to cover reception and be able to offer our clients a welcoming experience. The role will incorporate engaging with our clients and providing professional, friendly, warm and calm assistance
- Success in this role will see you;_
- Providing an exceptional level of reception and customer service duties for EACH sites, including client support in an efficient & professional manner.
- Providing clerical and administrative support to the program staff, including client processing, data entry and other general office duties.
- Supporting teamwork, communication and development through attendance at team discussions and participation in working groups.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) and may include a late shift (12pm-8.06pm) when required.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for an administrative "whiz" with experience in customer service. You enjoy liaising with the public and presenting a professional first point of call to our clients, and bring excellent communication skills.

You will need to bring skills in multitasking whilst holding the most important role of being the welcoming face of this office. You will have the ability to make decisions and multi-task, use your highly developed people and relationship skills and excellent organisational skills to meet clearly defined outcomes and deadlines.
