**Purpose of the Position**:
As our Members Activities Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to create vibrant and inclusive environments across our venues. Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to shape the entertainment / promotion landscape and leave a lasting impression on our diverse audience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Event Planning and Coordination**:From concept to execution, you'll oversee all aspects of event planning to ensure seamless and successful outcomes.

**Entertainment Management**: Source and curate a variety of entertainment acts to cater to the diverse tastes of our extensive member base.

**Member Engagement**: Foster strong connections with our members, actively seeking their input to tailor events that resonate with their preferences.

**Team Collaboration**: Work hand-in-hand with our dedicated staff to ensure every event is executed flawlessly and exceeds expectations.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all events adhere to regulatory requirements and prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in event planning, preferably within hospitality or entertainment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with members, staff, and external partners.

Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.

A creative spark and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate our event schedule.

Entry-level experience in marketing would be a perfect fit for this role.
