**Job description**:
ROUSSOS have been engaged by a respected and diversified Tier 1 contractor to seek an experienced Foreman. This nationally respected organisation has built a reputation of professionalism and innovation. Their capabilities span across sectors including large scale commercial, defence, and education to name a few, which has led to their strong presence in the Adelaide market. Having recently secured on of South Australia’s largest and exciting projects, this is the ideal opportunity to up-scale your career and move into the Tier 1 space and gain exposure on a variety of large-scale projects.

**The role**
In your role as Foreman your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- On-site supervision and co-ordination of the project and staff
- Ensuring daily productivity so the project is delivered on time and to budget
- Regular reporting of progress and any on-site issues
- Attending and coordinating necessary site meetings

Previous experience as a Foreman with experience in a Tier 1/Tier 2 commercial environment with local building experience will be ideal for the role. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with a variety of key stakeholders and therefore need to maintain positive and successful relationships, understanding that you are all working together to achieve the same outcome. This is an incredible opportunity to join an impressive, iconic project with an outstanding contractor.
