**About You**:

**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Corporate Records Manager within the Health Information Management Service (HIMS).

The Corporate Records Manager is responsible for the ongoing management of the NALHN's physical and digital information assets. This includes protecting information from unwanted access, preserving information that has current and future value, enabling ready access to information to assist in decision making and destruction of historical information that is no longer required, in accordance with the State Records Act 1997.

Key objectives of the role are to:

- Promote Corporate Records management practices and principles across NALHN in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Undertake change management activities to increase compliant digital and physical records management.
- Support Divisions and Business Units with their lifecycle management of physical and digital Corporate Records including sentencing, archiving, destruction, or transfer to State Records.
- Train and mentor staff and Divisions in the use of technologies and practices to support compliant Corporate Records management processes.
