Housekeeper

Our client has an incredible opportunity awaiting an experienced housekeeper to work with them in their stunning home in Henley Sydney.

In this permanent part-time weekday position you will play a pivotal part in upholding the residence to impeccable standards of care, cleanliness and order.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking someone who has previous private residence experience to undertake a range of duties including but not limited to
- Laundry - washing, folding and ironing
- Making beds & changing linen
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning & maintenance of kitchen, bathrooms and toilets
- Glass & surface cleaning of appliances
- Tidying and organisation of cupboards, fridges and wardrobes including wardrobe management
- Running household errands on an infrequent basis
- Outdoor maintenance management & domestic repairs - dealing with contractors
- Grocery & Meal preparation - you must be a capable cook

**About You**
- You are a professional housekeeper passionate about managing a home to 5+ star standards
- You have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to care for all areas of a home including products to use on respective surfaces and fabrics
- You will be independent, self-motivated and proactive in managing your time and tasks and able to follow given instructions whilst having confidence to clarify and feedback. You demonstrate mastery in the discipline of time management
- You will be meticulous, with an eye for detail and high standards in cleaning and house presentation
- You will be honest, reliable and trustworthy - maintaining the family’s privacy is very important
- You will be friendly and hardworking with a positive can-do professional attitude
- You will be good communicator and a sound level of maturity and professionalism
- You will maintain composure under pressure
- You will be neat and well-groomed
- You will have flexibility and a capacity to respect and understand the dynamic shifts in family needs on a daily basis
- You will have unrestricted working rights in Australia
- You will have a clean and unrestricted driver’s licence
- Comfortable with pet care for family Cavoodle
- Non Smoker
- Valid Working With Children Check, Police check, and Australian working rights

**More about the Position**

This is a permanent part time position 30 hours per week across the five weekdays.

Applicants must have previous experience in housekeeping, a working with children check (WWCC) and a police check or willingness to obtain. References will also be requested. Note that only non-smoking applicants should apply.
