Bakery Assistant

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Hands on role within production making pies and pasties, and/or packing them so they're ready to ship out to our customers
- Ensuring quality and consistency of product is maintained
- Compliance with HACCP/ Food Safety programs
- Other associated ad hoc duties
- Follow all safe work, food hygiene and general procedures
- Repetitive movements and standing for long periods of time
- Working in a timely and safe manner within the production & packing team and as directed by the manager or supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a food production environment/ bakery would be an advantage but not required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Some medium to heavy lifting may be involved
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
