- We are a high end, boutique salon located on Cambridge St, Wembley
- **The Role**_
We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Salon Coordinator for our salon. The primary function of this role is to maintain the highest level of client experience; coordinate the daily operations of the Salon; improve efficiency and assist in a management role. Are you an outgoing, highly organised and motivated people person who would like an exciting, vibrant and upbeat work environment ?Then we want to hear from you. You must be available to work some late night trading and some Saturdays.

Represent HeadHunters brand face to face & on the phone
Confident Phone Skills
Coordinate the appointment book
Provide a 6 star guest experience
Reporting for management
Stock management
Highly Organised
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
Keep up to date with product information
Follow all companies policies and procedures
Coordinate and assist stylists in their daily salon duties

Take pride in their appearance, and be fashion-forward
Have strong retail/customer service experience
Have an upbeat personality, with an even temperament in challenging situations
Be extremely KPI focused, and committed to helping both stylists and salon achieve and exceed targets
Be proactive, detail focused, and comfortable working with systems and processes
Confidently build relationships
Have solid organisational skills with attention to detail
Thrive in a busy, dynamic environment
Excel at multitasking and creative problem solving
Deliver outstanding, consistent, professional customer service

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
