A service based in Kilsyth is looking for a passionate and organised Coordinator for children in our after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 31.5 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance Plus there is the option to pick up holiday program shifts with us.

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 08:30 AM (Rise then Shine program) and 3:00 - 6:30PM ( Stay and Play Program ) plus 4 additional admin hours. There may be some flexibility if one or two of these shifts don't work for you.

In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1000 commencement bonus at the completion of first month plus another $1000 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.

About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

About the service
Based in Kilsyth this is a brand new service to Junior Adventures Group, meaning you have the opportunity to really make it your own They operate out of a multipurpose room, with roughly 15 students in the morning and 25 in the afternoons, as well as room to grow this even further.
