**In this job you will**
Utilise your administrative expertise and experience within rehabilitation and claims management and join the team at DHL as an** Injury Management Officer**. Working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.

Your day will be spent working with employees that are engaged in warehouse activities across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:

- Administrative support and guidance on WorkCare matters
- Claims and rehabilitation support for WorkCare teams
- Early intervention claims management and management of non-work related injuries from time to time
- Monitoring WorkCare tasks and processes
- Maintain reporting and general admin duties

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- The ability to identify and discuss injury and treatment related issues with relevant parties
- The ability to engage and motivate employees with your strong verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail and highly developed written communication skills
- 3-5 years within a role performing similar administrative tasks and responsibilities
