**About the Role**

The aim of the Program Assistant is to provide administration support to an office location.

Some administration tasks performed may vary and include reception duties / coverage, administration to support service delivery teams and / or support to the manager and team in the with program administration, initiatives and preparation of materials for meetings and training.

Demonstrate leadership and peer support to assist teams to achieve positive outcomes with the children and young people we support.

This role is being offered as a **part-time position** (3 days per week) for** 12 months** based at our office in **Hobart**. Due to continued growth, there is a strong possibility of ongoing opportunities once the contract has finished.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administration and office support to manager and office location or function
- Perform reception duties for office location
- Build and maintain working relationships to ensure the smooth running of the office and function
- Assist with program initiatives / projects as required.
- Comply with all Life Without Barriers policy, code of conduct, procedures and practices, external funding body requirements and legislation.
- Fulfil other duties as required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or previous relevant experience Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain clients’ privacy and confidentiality.
- Established problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Strong written and computer skills
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Current Full Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
