Tearista/barista

Will be making drinks based on customer orders, take orders at the counter and be explaining to customers drink descriptions and giving recommendations as needed by customers. Needs a proficient level of English, a second language is good. Needs to have stellar memory and can memorise recipes to make drinks, absolutely key to learning. Shifts are flexible but training for the first few shifts are generally evening shifts. Must be able to commute to and from work reliably as the store closes at 9:30pm everyday, shifts could begin at 10am, 12pm or 5pm depending on level of skill and operational requirements. A confident, fast learning, good memory retaining employee is desired. Anyone with prior experience in Bubble Tea making is greatly desirable. This role is EXTREMELY challenging and we're only looking for long term employees as we're a tight-knit crew that works efficiently together and given how hard training is we want committed individuals to join us and spread the word of how good our service and drinks are If you're expecting an easy-going, pressure free environment, then please reconsider if this role is for you.
