Restaurant Supervisor

Flyover Fritterie is a vegetarian eatery based in Redfern, Sydney. Together with our mouth-watering small plates inspired by Indian street food, our menu also features our homemade desserts, proper Indian chai & chai based cocktails.

We pride ourselves in our from scratch cooking and warm hospitality. We are now seeking a hospitality professional to step into the role of Restaurant Supervisor

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations during service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, your role will involve;
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness
- Optimise guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor Team Members
- Ensure that all operating, opening and closing procedures are followed

What are we looking for?
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven experience in hospitality
- Experience in working with a small tight knit team is highly desirable
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work evenings/ weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

About you:
You will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within a boutique and positive environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
