**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Fielders business within our Wangara team as a **Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry Officer**. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision

Are you self-motivated, quick thinking, able to quickly adapt and juggle more than one task at any given time? If so, keep reading.

This role is fast paced, no day is ever the same. You will be in a supportive team environment that takes pride in their Customer Service and helping each other achieve great outcomes.

**What Will You Do?**
- high volume data entry
- preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia
- providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information
- resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience

- experience in the roll forming industry / products
- a positive attitude coupled with a great work ethic
- high attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
- excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- a proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
