**The Role**
Platforms Division is seeking enthusiastic administrators to fill two Administration Support Officer positions in Fishermans Bend, Victoria. You will be highly organised, results orientated and have sound judgement in completing a variety of tasks. The role requires working within an integrated workforce and as part of a support team which spans across 3 sites around Australia.

The APS 3 Administration Support Officer responsibilities include:

- Perform Customer Service Officer role as required e.g. first Point of Contact (POC) for staff on site.
- Simple procurement and purchasing of equipment/products.
- Domestic and International travel advice and support.
- Records management support.
- Freight management.
- Support to events and functions, including security escorting duties.
- Provision of administration and facility support for common facilities e.g. presentations support, maintenance of temporary and permanent signage.
- Office equipment maintenance.
- Support and contribute to ongoing improvement activities.

Administration Support Officers are part of the Enabling Capabilities team, in the Platforms Division of Defence Science and Technology Group. Enabling Capabilities is a dynamic team responsible for providing professional support, services and advice to the Chief of Division and the divisional staff on the operational functions of the division. Members of the Enabling Capabilities team are diversely located in Edinburgh (SA), Fishermans Bend (VIC) and Eveleigh (NSW), to provide onsite and virtual support to the division.
