**Job Description**:
In collaboration with our Partners Real Estate and Workplace Services team, the **Event Associate Manager** manages all hospitality elements that connect the entire team to create successful on-site events, experiences, and workplace connections. Responsible for the successful delivery of client meetings and events both corporate and community based, throughout our Partners new global campus located in Circular Quay, Sydney.

In this position it will be critical to coordinate internal and external requests, budgeting, team and vendor management and overall analysis, reporting, and showcase presentations.

This will suit a person dedicated to providing a high level of customer service resulting in customer satisfaction and fostering a smooth operation. This role will see you leading though experience and by example, bringing cross functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences through engagement.

Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to
- Delivering end to end world class event experiences and will support executive leadership team meeting and event requests, customer meetings, campus events, employee resource group events, networking receptions and non-profit fundraisers just to name a few.
- Support multiple events and activities daily in a collaborative and extremely fast paced environment.
- Respond, evaluate, update, track and manage all event requests to event requests in a timely manner via the clients ticketing portal
- Strong data and analytical skills, be organized, detail-oriented and enjoy customer service interactions
- Familiarity in consulting or planning events for non-profits or foundations.
- Create qualitative and quantitative reporting for executives using internal dashboards and other data tools

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years’ experience managing high volume, corporate and hospitality events, meetings and non-profit events.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Suite programs (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Slack and Quip
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address client's needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time with a high level of expertise and skill. Able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment
- Possess strong customer service experience; highly personable and service-focused with a solid events background.
- Manage a team of service professionals and maintain a single point of contact. For the Workplace Management Services team.
- Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands

Additional Information

This position is a full-time office-based role in Circular Quay, Sydney servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster (40hrs per week) that also supports after-hours event activity.
