**The Opportunity**

As a Research Fellow, you'll delve into cutting-edge research utilizing state-of-the-art computational methods. Our project aims to revolutionize prediction by minimizing loss and maximizing accuracy through innovative Bayesian computation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct groundbreaking research, contributing to conference papers and publications
- Mentor research-support staff
- Collaborate on research proposal submissions
- Engage in professional activities and attend relevant conferences
- Occasionally contribute to teaching within your area of expertise
- Participate in research and organizational meetings

Key Selection Criteria:

- Doctoral qualification in the relevant discipline
- Proven statistical analysis skills with a track record of publications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in analytical software such as MATLAB, R, and Python
