We are a small family-run travel agency operating in the Maitland area for over 51 years.

Our agency provides travel services to both retail and corporate clients, locally and across Australia.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences for our clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate travel consultant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodation, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, itineraries, visas, and travel insurance.
- Manage all aspects of the travel booking process, including booking flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
- Ensure clients have all the necessary travel documents and information before they depart.
- Follow up with clients during and after their trip to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Certificate III in Travel or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a travel consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of booking systems and travel-related software, including Sabre reservation system and Tramada.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
