Come join the team in this busy and varied role, working across multiple projects in a multitude of site offices, located within a 20kms radius of each other, on the south side of Brisbane, so flexibility to work from different locations is required, including Logan. Supporting a wide range of administration, coordination and support activity to the Construction team, Supervisors and Senior Leading Hands.

**Describe the client**:
This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.

**Position Description**:

- Provide general administration support as required
- Daily manual purchase order data entry, ensuring relevant approvals are received
- Following up on backorders and missing product
- Organise training and courses for the construction team
- Schedule monthly toolbox talks
- Assist with inducting trades into Sine/Kineo
- Generating of construction reports as required
- Perform monthly job close outs
- Updating via whiteboards, construction milestones as per build program

**Position Requirements**:

- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport to travel between sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organised, effective time management and strong attention to detail
- Proficient across MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Monday to Friday - 7am - 3pm
