This opportunity is for someone looking for the next challenge in their Education career In this permanent part-time (34 hours per week) OSHC Coordinator role, you will be expanding on your prior experience working in a leadership role with children to manage a team of high-performing, passionate Educators.

You'll have the middle of the day free, working Monday to Friday 6:30am - 8:30am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm with an additional 4 paid admin hours each week.

About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
