**About the roles**:
Disability Support Workers cover in home and lifestyle supports for people with disability. These roles are based across Perth including Cannington, Belmont, Morley, Balga.

You will provide individualised in-home support services to people with disability, empower them to live independently through the provision of domestic assistance, personal care and social support.

Travel between various locations and build relationships with multiple clients throughout your working day, you must have a driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support plans
- Support clients in daily living tasks including personal care and domestic assistance
- Empower clients to live independently through community access and social support
- Track and document an individual’s progress through thorough record-keeping
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

**Skills & Experience**
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A passion for professional and positive attitude to disability support work
- Ability to use basic technology and software

To be considered for and appointed to a position at Life Without Barriers, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
