Qhse Advisor

Experienced QHSE Advisor required for a growing contracting business that specialises in Civil, Demolition and Environmental Remediation.

With all the systems currently being set up, we are after someone who is confident in maintaining them and also helping create a great safety culture within the business.

You will have experience in some or ideally most of the following...
- Great communications skills.
- Experience with, implementation of / continued improvement of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ANZS 4801 and ISO 45001.
- Incident investigation and close out
- Preparation of tenders (QHSE related).
- Undertaking internal audits of construction sites.
- Undertaking internal audits of head office.
- General Induction white card.
- Hand on experience in engineering disciplines - e.g. civil, demolition and remediation.
- 3-5yrs of relevant experience.
- Experience in 3rd party surveillance audits and recertification audits.
- Experience in the preparation and delivery of educational presentations to staff / subcontractors.
- Confidence in dealing with site teams / clients and regulators.

This role will mainly be situated in our client's modern office in Homebush but will be required to spend sometimes up to 50% of time on-site with the guys building a great culture with regards to QHSE.
