Roofing Supervisor

**The Company**

CSG Talent have partnered with one of Australia's largest building products manufacturers to assist in their search for a Roofing Supervisor/Service Representative. This company have been established for close to 100 years and they have manufacturing facilities all over Australia. They are known in the industry for their excellent company culture, safety records and quality of product they manufacture.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct on site inspections and measures
- Inspect and report on installation and product warranty claims
- Provide technical advise and support to contractors and staff
- Investigate customer service requests, resolve where possible

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a roofing trade would be highly advantageous
- Experience of working with builders and delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills.
