**About the role at Klaviyo**

You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, coaching, and leading a team of experienced CSM's in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. As Klaviyo continues to grow we will be focusing on expanding our customer base, in this role you will also be responsible for understanding customer challenges and needs and driving the vision for our customer experience

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
