Soul Black Coffee Is Hiring An Experienced Barista

Hi everyone,

Soul Black Coffee is looking for an experienced barista/Supervisor(around 40hrs per week) to join our team. Soul Black Coffee is a busy cafe located near RBWH. Working with a La Marzocco Linea PB, a Mazzer grinder and an EK.

To be considered for this role you should:

- Have very good English level
- Have Specialty coffee experience
- Be Reliable and consistent
- Be Friendly and outgoing, ability to build rapport with customers
- Be available from 6am to 2pm Mon-Fri
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Barista
- Have Australian work rights

What you'll be doing
- Dial in coffee.
- Providing general food & beverage service.
- Taking orders and cash handling.
- Ensure high standards are maintained
- Assisting baking part as required.

Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:

- Reconcile till
- Supervise fellow staff
- Stock control
- Responding to customer feedback
- Food assembly responsibilities
- Store Marketing
