Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and regularly update databases and registers. Maintain Crown Law's personnel/payroll records and ensure all staffing information is up-to-date
- Assist with the facilitation of forums, workshops, information sessions and training. Contribute to the development, implementation and review of practices and procedures. Comply with departmental and public sector policies and guidelines. Provide advice and guidance to clients and staff on human resource management delegations, legislation, policies and practices. Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Draft and format letters, memos, and other documents. Prepare reports and statistical information, providing this information to managers and other clients. Contribute to team projects and initiatives as required.
