We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment professional who will be responsible for looking after the recruitment for our VFX teams. You’ll partner with many of our senior leaders to advise on the talent strategy and manage the recruitment process for specific departments. You will work within an experienced recruitment team to find the best artistic talent for our Melbourne teams.

Framestore is always looking for the best talent and as a result, the role will be varied and interesting. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working on the whole recruitment lifecycle for the Film teams within Framestore, from advertising and sourcing right through to the offer stage.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be utilising social networking, job boards, referrals, and our internal network to find the best talent in the industry to work on our exciting projects.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with senior staff is crucial, alongside working hard to develop and build a network of contacts.
- You will be reviewing resumes with support from senior staff for assessment of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- It's important to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and we work closely with our HR and management teams.

**Experience**
- A passion for building teams and finding talent from a variety of sources - established networks and connections in technical fields will be a must.
- Excellent communication skills, working with people across divisions and international locations.
- Able to thrive in a pressured environment with pressing schedules and fast results expected.
- Previous experience recruiting in either an in-house or agency setting.
- Experience with ATS systems.
- You must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Effective communicator at all levels, with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of output.
