The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

Your Story

As a Maintenance Fitter at Tibaldi you will be part of the Maintenance team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

- Being a proactive team member using preventive maintenance techniques to optimize our site equipment
- Working collaborative as part of cross-functional teams
- Bringing your hands-on approach to everything you do
- Working alongside our team of maintenance fitters
- Being a role model for safety
- Being responsive, in a timely manner, to equipment breakdowns at our site

As part of our Maintenance team, you will:

- Be a qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)
- Be committed to undertaking preventative maintenance tasks and activities
- Have experience in pneumatics and hydraulics
- Hold at a minimum a Certificate 111 in Mechanical Engineering
- Share your Welding skills experience in MIG and TIG welding will be advantageous to the role (this is not an essential prerequisite)
- Bring exceptional time management skills
- Be a role model for all aspects of OH&S
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment

You may have the opportunity to be offered overtime.

Previous food manufacturing experience in this role would be an advantage.

Our Ways of Working

Our hourly rates of pay are dependent upon your levels of experience (shift loading will be payable if applicable).

Your hours of work will be performed in accordance with either our day shift or afternoon shift.

COVID-19

We are an essential industry, during periods of COVID-19 Lockdowns. You may be required to continue working as directed (including remotely) during these periods.
