**The Role**:
In the role as a Guidewire Test Lead you will be responsible for performing QA technology consulting and testing activities across the whole testing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Test management of functional sprint testing, Integration and finance testing
- Stakeholder management across Guidewire Claim Center implementation projects and demonstrated experience in working closely with Test Manager/BAs/Program Manager
- Business Test Management, planning and managing deliverables and activities.
- Co-ordinate tasks and dliverables in an onshore an offshore model
- Preparation of Test strategy documents for the upcoming releases, Test Summary reports for completed releases/Warranty Phases.

**What does success look like?**
- Strong Knowledge and wide experience in Guidewire Claim Center implemention projects and integrations.
- Experience in End to End testing lifecycle from Policy -Billing-Claims
- Prior experience in General and P&C Insurance domains
- Experience in analysing the requirements and initiate postman or SOAPUI tetsing when the integration end points are not ready
- Extensive experience in IT industry, with strong experience a test delivery and management oriented role in Agile methodology
- Experience in writing test strategies, test planning, test management and Ability to set up Teams, tools and execution plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated experience in working closely with business SME’s and business owners.
- Create/update/review Test Estimations, Project/ Sprint Planning effort.
- Broad knowledge of Quality Assurance and Engineering principles
