About the role
An excellent 9-month locum opportunity exists for an experienced outpatient Clinical Neuropsychologist (Grade 2/3) within the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service - Eastern Health. This is a diverse role which comprises assessment, consultancy and intervention work. The neuropsychologist primarily provides assessment and intervention to children and young people aged 4-18 suffering from a brain illness or injury.
The neuropsychologist also supports the team with consultancy support, high level decision making and where needed liaises with external stakeholders within the community such as schools.
Experience working with a paediatric population (children/adolescents) and their families, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team is essential. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in a paediatric rehabilitation setting.
