Experienced Housekeeper Required for Charming

A charming, young family based in Binna Burra, near Byron Bay are seeking an experienced live-out Housekeeper to assist with maintaining their large country house. The family consists of 2 children, aged 13 years and a three-month-old. This role is intended for someone committed to a long-term position to support the family.

Key Responsibilities:
**Cleaning and organising the recently renovated house to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order.**

**Managing laundry duties, including handling delicate items, and ironing as needed.**

**Ensuring the outdoor dining areas remain tidy and well-maintained.**

**Proficiency in prioritising areas of the house requiring more intensive cleaning every 3 to 6 months.**

**Ensuring regular stock checks and updating inventory of products**

Qualifications and Skills:
**Prior experience in housekeeping, demonstrating reliability and independence in similar roles.**

**Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.**

**Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and situations.**

**Proactive nature and ability to use initiative to meet household needs.**

**Possessing good knowledge and competence in utilising household equipment such as a Karcher steamer and specialized cleaning products. The ability to research / ask if not sure.**

**Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within the family environment.**

Work Hours:
**Approximately 20-25 hours over 4-5 days between Monday - Friday. Preferred hours can be discussed.**

**Requirements**:

**Valid driver's license**
