Utilita Water Solutions is a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, and performs planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services on a diverse range of water and waste water assets across South East Queensland.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

Based at our Eagle Farm Depot, the Administrator reports to our Commercial Lead and is key in the coordination of our Delivery Partner payment claims. This coordination involves analysis of a high volume of work order and claim data and maintenance of registers, and success comes through strong collaborative relationships.

This is a busy role in a high-volume environment, working with and providing support to an extended operational team.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Highly organised Administrator with strong attention to detail and orientation for process driven work practices and ongoing improvement.
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Experience using SAP and PowerBI desirable
- Ability to manage a high volume of data
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction, water or a high volume maintenance environment.
