Our client is a successful Superannuation Fund offering high quality Administration and Consulting services to the superannuation and trust industry. They have a friendly close-knit team environment and offer excellent career progression opportunities.

**Duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure deadlines and service standards are met
- Provide high level customer service to new and existing members
- Process roll ins, roll outs and contributions
- Data entry and general account maintenance
- Assist other departments with any ad hoc admin tasks

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Prior Superannuation industry experience preferable, however those with strong customer service/admin skills will also be considered
- Excellent phone manner and great communication skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
