A very successful and long-established business needs a Manufacturing Planner and Scheduler with strong admin and ERP skills to manage the manufacturing section.
They need someone who has solid systems and Process Experience.
They have a very modern business & workshop which consist of the latest manufacturing technology.
Reporting to the management team, this position will be a hands-on job that requires strong capabilities in organising, planning, scheduling, forecasting raw material / sub-assembly requirements and communicating across the team.
We need someone who Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle. Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders to the manufacturing floor in order to achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery dates.
Your role will be to prepare the production master schedule and facilitate the production management of workflows, issue production orders to workshop, communicate effectively with the internal stakeholders to resolve any resource requirement for production, and ensure timely close out of the production orders.
- **A tertiary qualification in Engineering; Mechanical or Industrial.**:
- **Work experience in production planning.**:
- **Industrial Manufacturing Environment experience.**:
**Project (MSP).**:
- **Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of SAP B1 is an advantage.**:
- **Australian Citizenship or permanent residency**:
- **Excellent people skills.**:
- **Excellent communication skills.**
