**The Client**

As their Planning team experiences rapid growth, they are actively seeking a Planning Consultant to join their national multi-disciplinary property consultancy. By playing a pivotal role in driving tangible progress and positive change, you will be valued for your contribution and have the chance to gain industry expertise while collaborating with diverse teams across various fields.

**The Opportunity**:
In the role as Planning Consultant, you will deliver high quality advice pertaining to land use development capabilities, due diligence assessments, masterplans and oversee the approval process.
- Contributing valuable insights and advice to client tenders and submissions for a wide range of projects.
- Crafting persuasive and compelling proposals that captivate clients.
- Deliver high quality guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Efficient and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Enjoy the unique opportunity to work closely with regional and indigenous communities across the state, making a meaningful impact.

**Seeking a Planning Consultant that posses**:

- Academic background with tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or a related field
- **1-2 years’ experience** in either statutory or strategic planning, preferably within a consultancy or local and state governments.
- A genuine pass for urban planning and its impact on communities.
- Excellent ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects within designated timeframes.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience in effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the factors influencing land use and development.
