**About the Role**

An integral part of our national brand, the Client Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of administrative support to our Relationship Managers.
Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:

- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners

This is a fast paced and highly engaged role where you will work your magic by delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients/stakeholders.
**About You**

You're an administrative whiz with an interest or previous experience in insurance. You excel in a team setting, collaborating towards shared objectives, and are motivated in your approach. You're known for your effective communication skills and the ability to confidently manage high volumes of work.
You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience and adaptability will be a key contributor to your success in this role.
