Baby Sensory Canberra is looking for their next class leader.

Then we’re looking for someone just like YOU

As a class leader, you will be required to lead a group of 16-20 parents and their babies through our 45 minute classes. Each week is a different theme and we take our families on an incredible journey filled with a variety of lights, sights, sounds, smells and equipment as we expose them to over 60 different sensory activities each term.

Our families sign up for a 10 week term and attend once per week. Everything we do is backed by over 35 years of research and we share that developmental information with our families. Being confident and a great communicator is a must.

**Job Details**:

- Work Days: 1 to 3 days per week (Wednesday through to Friday)
- Hours: 8:00am to 3:00pm, following the school terms
- Low stress, high reward work environment (hello cute babies & lovely families)
- Training: Comprehensive training provided by Baby Sensory Head Office.
- Start date: as soon as possible before formal training in mid May 2024
- Locations: Weston, Palmerston and/or Jerrabomberra

**Requirements**:

- Full driver’s license
- Current First Aid certification & WWCC (can be obtained)
- Someone who is happy to work within the school terms
- And of course, a love of babies

Please note the employment type is casual, but if you are the successful applicant, you will have your set days each week, as consistency is key for our babies and families attending.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 23 per week

- Monday to Friday

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
