Full Time **Painting Trades Person** required

The position of full time **Painting Trades Person** in Melbourne is required for MB & Rasi Pty Ltd. at 8/95 bell St coburg VIC 3058. The job description is as follows and it is not an exhaustive list:

- Check sanding machine, Spray guns, and other equipment before starting the job.
- Check stains on walls and ceiling and seal before undercoating.
- Sanding, gap filling, patching the holes before providing an undercoat.
- Clear Polish, Staining on Timbers and Veneers.
- Spray Paint and Varnish on Frame Doors, Walls, and Ceiling and so on.
- Rolling the Walls, Ceiling, Doors with Acrylic Paint.
- Provide gloss finish to doors ad frame.
- Filling cracks, smoothing, sealing surfaces before varnishing and paint.
- Paint using different types of brushes and tools required to complete the job.
- Placing drop sheets to protect areas from paint splattering.
- Wear appropriate safety gloves, mask, overalls, and boots at work place.
- Clean workplace after completion of work.
- Follow work place safety procedures.
- Or any other jobs not listed above but needs the skill set of Painting Trades Person

The skill required is at least 2 years in relevant experience and relevant qualification is required (Certificate III in Painting & Decorating).

The salary would from $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 (plus Super) per year depending on skills.
