RCR Mining Technologies is seeking
**Technical Officers** with Gearbox, Drives, Mobile, and Crushing Plant equipment exposure to support the OSR team on a fulltime basis.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Developing cost summaries, budget estimates, and methodology documentation
- Ensure on-site and off-site overhauls are performed safely and in time with the project activities
- Attend client sites to determine and develop SOW
- Complete detailed on and off-site reporting and risk management
- Chair and develop critical risk assessments for the workshops and site works.
- Assemble pre-site supervisors pack containing HSE engagement pack
- Coordinate blue collar technical team and activities when on site
- Deliver Pre-Scope awareness workshops for site-based team
- Deliver on and off-site service and overhaul requirements for equipment requiring inspection, replacement, or repair
- Complete prestart, and safety act observations and take 5 for each shift worked in the workshop on site specific safety requirements
- Provide constructive suggestions for hazard control management within your work area
- Manage the repair process from enquiry to delivery for all equipment identified including managing the customers’ expectations
- Perform any additional tasks as directed which are within your skill, qualification, and competence level.

**To be considered for this position, you must possess the following**:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication or Fixed, Mobile Plant Trade
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- Intermediate level use of Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience in repairs, maintenance, disassembly, assembly, commissioning of gearboxes and drives, processing and crushing equipment
- Pevious trade experience in fixed plant or mobile plant component maintenance/repair, both onsite and offsite repairs
- Sound understanding of change management, risk control assessment, and record management.
