**Finance & Data Entry Clerk - NDIS Services**

As a Client Intake & STA Coordinator, your role is pivotal in managing the initial client experience and coordinating short-term accommodation services. This position is designed for organised, compassionate professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those with disabilities. Your contribution will help streamline the process of integrating new clients into our services and ensuring their temporary housing needs are met with the utmost care and efficiency.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Process and enter all plan-managed client invoices from providers.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of NDIS line items and support catalogue to ensure accurate processing.
- Handle daily processing of organisation and provider invoicing.
- Reminders to providers about compliance.
- Efficiently perform data entry in CMS system and MYOB AccountRight.
- Utilise your bookkeeping expertise to audit clients’ liability accounts.

- **Qualifications**: Preferably holds qualifications in community services, disability, social work, or related fields. Experience in a similar role within the disability sector is highly regarded.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB) and payroll systems.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in debt collection and resolving payment disputes is a plus.
- Understanding of relevant accounting principles and tax regulations.

- Drivers License.

Expected Start Date: 04/03/2024

**Salary**: $56,899.43 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
