Supervisor - Assembly & Erection

**The Opportunity**
- Our UGL Utilities division is seeking an experienced Assembly & Erection Supervisor for our Maragle High Voltage substation and transmission line project in Regional NSW. The role will be camp based on an all in - all out 3/1 roster.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Supervise work crews on Structural Steel Assembly works
- You will ensure all areas of safety and environmental awareness are adhered to within your crew
- Ensure your crew meet their production targets
- Manage quality within your team

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**:

- A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a similar role on a major construction project
- A proven ability to undertake record keeping
- An ability to be a team player
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate your crew
