The Seven Gippsland Sales team is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join them in serving their regional markets. This exciting opportunity is for a part-time Sales Assistant position in Traralgon, requiring 29 hours per week.

Based in Traralgon and reporting to the **Sales Manager**, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Processing and managing advertising bookings
- Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals
- Accurate maintenance of client and revenue records
- Developing key client and business relationships
- Providing administrative assistance

**You’ll need**:

- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite - Word, Excel.
- An aptitude for analysing numbers
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive work ethic and strong team focus
- A desire to progress into a sales role within the organisation
