**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Administration Assistant to join our team based at our new site office in Warwick.
You will be supporting a number of projects including the DRFA Gore Highway Flood Damage Restoration Works, the DRFA Reconstruction Works Western Downs Region, and the DRFA Reconstruction Works Southern Downs Region.
Your hours will be 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday and you will be responsible for a range of project administration including reporting, timesheets, purchase orders, reconciling invoices, travel bookings, and end-of-month functions.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Collecting, scanning, filing, and distributing paperwork;
- Data Entry;
- Invoice and docket matching;
- Generating purchase orders;
- Handling correspondence;
- Maintaining registers;
- Timesheet entry;
- Travel and accommodation bookings;
- General Administration duties;
- Assisting the project team as required.

- Currently living in or near Warwick;
- Current or recent experience of office-based and/or on-site project delivery;
- Experience with the processing and collating of timesheets;
- A minimum of 12 months experience preparing and reconciling purchase orders, invoicing, and end-of-month reporting;
- Ideally, hold a relevant Business Administration qualification (Cert 3/Cert 4/Diploma);
- Be a team player with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude;
- The ability to facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Enjoys and thrives working in a busy team environment;
- Good working knowledge of the Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- A current open driver’s licence.
