**The Company**

IMMEDIATE START. Fantastic opportunity for an inspector/estimator to join a busy well established company. Based in QLD, QIA Group is a national company covering all states in Australia. With company growth we now require a person with inspecting/estimating skills gained through their trade experience to conduct building inspections in Perth areas that enable reports to be compiled largely for body corporate compliance.

**The Role**

You will conduct building inspections in Perth areas. Some travel to regional areas may be required if interested. You will have experience in the building industry, have a sharp eye for detail and be diligent and accurate with a professional work ethic. The role is largely autonomous so time management skills would be an advantage. Previous inspecting experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided in respect of the industry within which QIA Group operates and the systems we use to produce reports.

- Excellent time management skills
- A current drivers licence

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $27.50 per hour
