**Day to day, you will**:

- Research and create solution-driven moodboards & other content, showing a clear understanding of the Showpo brand. This includes the seasonal forecast themes, colour, materials, key items, fabrics, prints, including collection names. Ensure forecast reports are at a world-class standard, delivering information in a concise, informative and inspirational manner, in either visual, written or video format.
- Identify key influences, drivers and innovations, that will impact and shape the future of the Showpo brand. Looking at society, technology, environment, politics, industry and creativity. Communicate these findings with an understanding of their future impacts within internal presentations and workshops.
- Collaborating beyond the fashion department. Working with the broader team such as marketing and ecommerce teams. Collaborate with the team to further shape and understand the impact of these shifts.
- Mentor and lead product team members as well as the broader team. Set best practice examples within the team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard is achieved. Give constructive feedback and guidance through clear communication in person, on screen and in written form.
- Deliver presentations that are informative and engaging. Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the womenswear trends, shifts within the industry as well as challenges the fashion industry could be facing.
- Keeping abreast of sustainability innovations, industry challenges and current and future legislations that will impact the fashion industry.
- Ensuring diversity and inclusivity is represented within Showpo. Researching and self-educating on product innovations and topics within fashion industry that relate to diversity and inclusivity.
- Able to hypothesise scenarios within Showpo customer base and wider consumer behaviour in order to brief and work with the data team to design and deliver meaningful and indicative data sets, graphs and visuals.
- Responsible for organising the set up the Monthly Sell The Dream Presentation with the Product Team. Creation of document and collation of product to review with the product and marketing team.
- Responsible for selection of product for EDMs to help pre plan for what to be shot in Campaign, Ghost and Ecomm images.
- Be the conduit between Product and Marketing/Ecommerce to ensure that the vision for the trend boards are executed to a high standard from Product to Marketing to Ecommerce.
- Assist the marketing team with product knowledge such as product Features & Benefits for any marketing assets
- Responsible for organising the review of VM edits onsite including Trending and Occasion with the Product Team.
- Responsible for creation of the onsite edits for our monthly collection trend/campaign launches.
- Attend a weekly Ecomm Styling Sign Off
- Attend an seasonal Ecomm Winter Styling Mood Board Direction Sign Off

**Who are we looking for?**:

- 4+ years experience in a Trend Forecaster or Womens Fashion Designer Role
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the retail industry across multiple markets, focusing mainly on womens fashion
- Exceptional knowledge of the global market around consumer behaviour, generational shifts and retail shifts across the industry, from fashion and beauty to consumer technology, social commerce and e-commerce platforms
- An understanding of the role data and analytics play in commercial success
- Ability to analyse data and pinpoint trends that will impact the global retail sector
- Excellent organisation, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work within the broader teams to ensure outputs are of a consistently high standard and submitted on time
- Experience with Google Suite (incl. Google Sheets, Google Slides etc.)
