**Responsibilities**:

- We are currently looking for a highly motivated QA Manager to lead testing efforts on our new and existing technology platforms. Responsibilities include:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Test Strategies for projects, driving continual improvement in testing processes.
- Implement and oversee diverse testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, manual, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate test execution throughout project life cycles.
- Augment team with required quality engineering capability to support project delivery.
- Provide regular leadership, mentoring and coaching to all team members.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on the status of project and strategic deliverables.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in setting technical direction and extensive experience with quality assurance processes.
- Proven track record of planning, leading, and executing test strategies for complex projects.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching QA professionals.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Cyprus, Selenium, or others.
- Experience with load testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Excellent technical and non-technical written and oral communication skills.
