**The demand for quality in-home and community care is rapidly growing, and our teams are growing to meet it **We’re now hiring a** Support Worker **for our client in** Altona** to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community.

Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will likely include:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Companionship and social support within the family home

**What you’ll bring**

**We’re looking for caring, people focused individuals who will brighten our client’s days and make a positive impact on their lives. To do well in this role, you will/may have**:

- Experience supporting people to maintain their independence
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Disability Care, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police check or willingness to obtain
- Vaccination against Covid-19 (inclusive of booster)

In addition to the above, you will need your own reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
